Account Information Accuracy
When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your name, phone number, email, date of birth, and banking details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your FairPlay login credentials. Never share your password, OTP, or account details with anyone. FairPlay staff will never ask for your password.
Responsible Gaming and Account Controls
Deposit Limits
FairPlay encourages responsible gaming. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Once set, you cannot exceed these limits. FairPlay will enforce these limits automatically.
Time Management Tools
You can set time restrictions on your gaming sessions. Once your time limit is reached, your account will be temporarily disabled until the specified period ends. This helps you manage your gaming time effectively.
Self-Exclusion Policy
If you need to take a break from gaming, you can request temporary suspension (minimum 24 hours) or permanent closure of your account. During suspension, you cannot login, place bets, or access your account. Self-excluded funds will remain secure.
Temporary suspension can be reversed after the exclusion period ends, but permanent closure is irreversible without contacting support.
Problem Gambling Support

Deposits and Payments

Deposit Process and Timeline
Deposits are credited instantly to your FairPlay account. Minimum deposit is ₹100 with no maximum limit for verified accounts. You will receive an SMS and email confirmation of each deposit. Your deposited amount is always yours and can be withdrawn anytime (minus any active bets or bonus requirements).
Zero Deposit Fees
FairPlay charges no deposit fees. Your full deposit amount is credited to your account. Any bank charges are between you and your bank, not FairPlay.
Failed Deposits
FairPlay is not responsible for payment errors or unauthorized transactions on your bank account. Verify all transaction details before confirming payment. If a deposit fails to credit within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction ID. We will investigate and credit your account if we confirm the payment was successful on the bank’s side.
Withdrawals and Cashouts
Withdrawal Process
To withdraw winnings, FairPlay login to your account, go to your Wallet section, click “Withdraw,” select your preferred payment method, enter the amount (minimum ₹500), and confirm. Your withdrawal request is processed immediately.
Withdrawal Timeline
Most withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours. UPI withdrawals are fastest (30 min-2 hours). Bank transfers may take 1-4 hours. During peak hours, processing may take up to 24 hours. You will receive SMS and email notifications of your withdrawal status.
Withdrawal Requirements
To withdraw, you must have a verified FairPlay account (phone and email verified), sufficient balance to cover the withdrawal amount, no active bonus playthrough requirements blocking your funds, and a registered payment method on your account.
For large withdrawals (₹50,000+), additional KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required including government ID and address proof submission.
Zero Withdrawal Fees
FairPlay charges zero withdrawal fees. Your full winning amount is transferred to your bank account. No hidden charges or surprise deductions apply.
Bonus Funds and Withdrawals
Bonus funds come with playthrough requirements. Until you complete the required playthrough, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn—only your original deposit can be. Playthrough requirements are clearly displayed in your Bonus section. Once requirements are met, bonus winnings become withdrawable.

Bonus Abuse Prevention
FairPlay monitors bonuses for abuse including placing bets designed to reduce bonus playthrough obligation, attempting to transfer bonus funds between accounts, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, and exploiting system errors. If abuse is detected, FairPlay will void bonuses and bets, forfeit winnings, and potentially suspend your account.
